Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
StackFast Technologies Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates CleverQ (“the Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways to provide and improve the Service:
Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide during registration. If you sign in through a third-party authentication provider, we may receive basic profile information from that provider.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, referring URLs, device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
AI Interaction Data: When you use CleverQ's intelligence amplification features, we process the content you submit (including text inputs, knowledge entries, and expertise data) to generate outputs. This data is used to provide the core functionality of the Service.
Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information (such as credit card number, billing address, and related details) is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not directly store your full payment card details on our servers.
Communications: If you contact us directly (via email or through the Service), we may retain records of that correspondence.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
(a) Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate CleverQ, authenticate your identity, process your inputs through our intelligence amplification pipeline, and deliver generated outputs.
(b) Improve AI Responses: To refine and improve the quality of our analytical processing and intelligence amplification features. We may use aggregated and anonymized interaction data to improve our systems.
(c) Billing and Payments: To process subscription payments, manage your account, send invoices, and handle billing-related communications through Stripe.
(d) Communication: To send you Service-related notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages. We may also send promotional communications if you have opted in, with the ability to opt out at any time.
(e) Security and Compliance: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, security threats, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.
(f) Analytics: To understand how users interact with the Service, identify usage trends, and make data-driven improvements.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including:
(a) Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security).
(b) Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest.
(c) Secure Infrastructure: We host the Service on Vercel's enterprise-grade infrastructure and use Turso's distributed database platform, both of which maintain robust security certifications and practices.
(d) Access Controls: Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
(e) Regular Monitoring: We monitor our systems for potential vulnerabilities and security breaches.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services to provide the Service. Each has its own privacy practices:
Vercel: We use Vercel for hosting and deploying the Service. Vercel may collect technical data such as IP addresses and request metadata. See Vercel's Privacy Policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Turso (LibSQL): We use Turso as our primary database provider for storing user data, content, and application state. Data is stored on Turso's distributed infrastructure. See Turso's Privacy Policy at turso.tech/privacy-policy.
Stripe: We use Stripe to process all payment transactions. When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe's servers. We receive only limited payment details (such as the last four digits of your card and expiration date) for display and administrative purposes. See Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Anthropic (Claude): We use Anthropic's Claude AI models to power our intelligence amplification features. Content you submit for AI processing is transmitted to Anthropic's API for analysis and generation. We rely on Anthropic's data handling practices, which include not using API inputs for model training. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with the Service. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic location. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specific retention practices include:
(a) Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a reasonable period after account deletion to comply with legal obligations.
(b) Usage Data: Retained in aggregated or anonymized form for analytics purposes.
(c) AI Interaction Data: Input and output data associated with your account is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, this data is removed within ninety (90) days.

(e) Communications: Support correspondence is retained for a reasonable period for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
Upon request or account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
